Criterion Telecommunications became Limited and gained ISO 9002 Accreditation in 1998. From the beginning, Criterion Telecom earned a reputation as one of the fastest growing and most successful independent telecommunications dealerships in the Northwest, installing high quality phone systems.
In 2004 Criterion Telecommunications became Criterion Systems Ltd to reflect the increased range of services, such as providing Servers, Computers and data networking solutions. We offer expertise in an increasingly complex market. Our job is to help you to unwrap the jargon around digital technology and to find the optimum solution to today’s problems and even tomorrow’s.
In 2006 When Ofcom split BT and Openreach was formed, Criterion became an Openreach partner giving us the ability to install lines and broadband services directly with the source, improving services to our clients.
We specialise in the provision, installation and maintenance of phone systems, computer systems and computer networks. We also sell a comprehensive range of both new and used equipment. Our staff are highly trained engineers with a high level of experience in all forms of telecommunication. We maintain good working relationships with major companies in the communications industry, manufacturers and dealerships alike.
We are able to supply, install and maintain a diverse range of telecommunications equipment from the smallest domestic telephone extension to the latest digital, multi-line switchboard phone systems. In addition, as we are not tied to any one manufacturer, we are in a position to provide truly independent advice.
